Personal birth-chart readings

If you request a personal reading, we process the birth date, exact local birth time, and latitude and longitude you submit. We derive the historical timezone from those coordinates, calculate a natal chart, and use the resulting chart facts to generate and deliver the reading.

The raw submission is removed after normalization and successful generation. The protected normalized chart record and generated free report are retained for up to 24 hours, then made inaccessible and scheduled for deletion. Storage-system deletion may complete later. Paid reports, when offered, are kept only as needed to deliver the product, resolve support or payment disputes, or meet legal obligations.

A paid report checkout may require a delivery email and create payment, order, and refund records. The delivery email is used to deliver the report and is deleted when it is no longer needed for fulfillment, support, disputes, or legal obligations. Payment-card details are handled by the displayed payment provider and are not stored by this website.

Automated generation

Chart facts are processed by automated language-model services to compose the reading. We minimize the information sent: model prompts receive calculated chart facts, not the submitted coordinates, local time, or other raw birth values. Readings are for entertainment and reflection and are not used to make decisions about eligibility, employment, credit, insurance, or access to services.

Operational data and measurement

Hosting and security providers may create server logs such as an IP address, request time, response status, and user agent. Anonymous event records include a daily rotating hash derived from the request address. It is not included in report content or used to build a visitor profile. Global generation quotas are used to control capacity and cost.

We record anonymous server-side events such as a reading being requested, completed, expired, or rated useful. Generation records can include the model provider, model version, stage, token counts, cost estimate, latency, and outcome. Birth data, prompts, report text, access tokens, and payment identifiers are excluded from anonymous events and ordinary logs.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies and do not load third-party visitor tracking. The site stores a color-theme preference in your browser. A private reading token may be kept in session storage on your device so the temporary page can be reloaded. It is cleared when the browser session ends or when the page next detects that the report has expired.

Development builds may expose an explicitly labelled mock checkout. It takes no payment and validates, then discards, the entered delivery email in the browser. Mock order capabilities and preview artifacts exist only in browser session storage.

Service providers and transfers

We use infrastructure, location, payment, and language-model providers as processors where needed to operate the service. Processing may occur outside Norway or the EEA subject to the provider’s data-processing terms and an appropriate transfer mechanism. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis, rights, and security

We process requested readings to provide the service you ask for, and limited operational data for our legitimate interests in security, abuse prevention, reliability, and cost control. Payment records, if applicable, are also processed to meet contractual and legal obligations.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Private reports use high-entropy access tokens, restricted service access, and limited retention, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Personal readings are not directed to children under 16. External websites have their own privacy practices.
