These terms apply to Moody Astrologer, a product operated by Monoco AS. By using the website or requesting a personal reading, you agree to them.

1. Entertainment, not professional advice

Horoscopes and personal readings are provided for entertainment and reflection. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, safety, or other professional advice and must not be treated as instructions or predictions of certain events. You remain responsible for your decisions.

2. Personal readings and automated content

A personal reading requires accurate birth information. Celestial positions are calculated from the submitted details, while the interpretation is generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, repetition, or language you dislike. No astrological interpretation is objectively verifiable or guaranteed to fit.

Free readings are temporary and normally expire after 24 hours. Keep the private access link confidential. Anyone who obtains its token may be able to view the report until it expires. We may refuse, rate-limit, or stop generation where needed for security, abuse prevention, capacity, or cost control.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attack, probe, scrape at disruptive volume, bypass limits, submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, attempt to obtain another person’s private report, or use automated readings to make consequential decisions about another person. You may submit another person’s birth details only when you have a lawful basis and their permission where required.

4. Paid products

When offered, The Natal Indictment is a USD 29 automatically generated natal report delivered as a private web edition and downloadable PDF. Reports are kept only as needed to deliver the product, resolve support or payment disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Payment is due through the displayed payment provider. Orders that cannot be technically fulfilled are eligible for an automatic or requested refund through that provider. Generated interpretations remain subjective entertainment content; disliking or disagreeing with an otherwise delivered interpretation does not by itself establish a technical failure. Statutory cancellation, refund, and other consumer rights continue to apply and are not limited by these terms.

An explicitly labelled mock checkout is a development preview only. It takes no payment, creates no purchase, and promises no deliverable.

5. Availability and intellectual property

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and do not promise uninterrupted availability. The website, product design, software, and editorial presentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may keep and use a report purchased or generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Monoco AS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on entertainment content, loss of a temporary report, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. We may update these terms; the date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in an applicable local forum are unaffected.
